Please note that returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We recommend checking your order once it arrives.

  • An incorrect item or size

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vantabags.store and include clear photos of the issue. Our team will review the request and work to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible cases such as:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect products received
  • Wrong size shipped
  • All exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Restocking Fees

Vanta Bags does not charge restocking fees for approved returns.

6. Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5–7 business days

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes must be applied during checkout before completing the purchase.

We are unable to apply discounts after an order has been placed or refund missed promotional differences.
